Qualifications/skills

We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Engineer and Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be in charge of leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring flawless cooperation with all stakeholders. Seeking candidates with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields, proficient in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Sketch Up, and similar tools with at lest 5 years of experience in similar field.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, leading the design process with creativity and technical proficiency.
• Should act as a central point of contact for all parties involved in the design process, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout.
• Conduct site visits as required to assess project progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure alignment with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Seamlessly integrate interior design concepts with architectural plans, ensuring cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet client objectives.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and adherence to industry standards, conducting thorough reviews of drawings and renderings to ensure accuracy and quality.
