Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Address and resolve client and visitor issues or concerns promptly and
effectively. - Ensure that all visitors are properly signed in and out.
- Be a primary person for communication for the team and other departments.
- Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts.
