Front Desk Officer

Qualifications/Skills

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  •  Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  •  Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Address and resolve client and visitor issues or concerns promptly and
    effectively.
  • Ensure that all visitors are properly signed in and out.
  • Be a primary person for communication for the team and other departments.
  • Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts.
