L1 Support In-Charge
Location: Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu
Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor Degree preferably in IT from recognized Institution
- Must have worked in call center environment
- Minimum Three year experience in Customer service industry, and minimum 1 year experience in team lead
- Proven experience in team management, call analysis and Technical issue resolution
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and high quality service delivery
- Monitor performance metrics, including call handling, first call resolutions and customer satisfaction scores
- Assist team member is troubleshooting networking connectivity, hardware and software issues
- Analyze support trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Provide feedback to Product and Operations team based on costumer issues and support trends
