L1 Support In-Charge

Location: Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu

Qualifications | Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in IT from recognized Institution
  • Must have worked in call center environment
  • Minimum Three year experience in Customer service industry, and minimum 1 year experience in team lead
  • Proven experience in team management, call analysis and Technical issue resolution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and high quality service delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics, including call handling, first call resolutions and customer satisfaction scores
  • Assist team member is troubleshooting networking connectivity, hardware and software issues
  • Analyze support trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Provide feedback to Product and Operations team based on costumer issues and support trends
