Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or construction coordination, preferably in the construction industry. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including site inspections, progress monitoring, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts, including reviewing contract terms, processing variations, and managing contractual disputes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure proper filing, organization, and distribution of project-related documents to relevant stakeholders
