Sr. Executive / Executive – HR MIS
Qualifications/Skills
Seeking applicants with a Master’s degree/ Bachelor in Management or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR MIS. Preference will be given to those who knows advance Excel ,Power point & Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining HR databases and systems to improve 100% data accuracy.
- Generating reports and analytics Daily/Weekly/monthly to support HR decision-making.
- Ensuring Data integrity within HR systems through regular audits.
- Providing support and training to HR staff on system usage.
- Coordination for gathering reports from HRBP.
- Ensuring reports are being prepared and shared on mentioned deadline.
