Customer Service Desk-Executive

Job Location: sanepa, Lalitpur

Qualification/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
  • Background in Customer Service Desk or a related field having a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience
  • Proficiency in customer service desk and enterprise communication will be preferable

Key Responsibilities:

  • CSD phone call handling and coordination
  • Remittance software-related training
  • Agents Follow up for Documentation
  • Monthly/Yearly overall transactions and location reports (Excel format)
  • New agents on boarding
  • Business performance analysis (Monitor and communication with all the sub-agents)
  • Compliance (AML/CFT/FIU)
  • Build a good relationship with existing & New agents of Remittance
  • Addressing issues of agents partner
