Position: F&A Manager
Location: Sanepal, Lalitpur
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant Certified
- 5-8 years experience in FP&A or financial controlling roles
- Strong knowledge of Working Capital, Cash Flow & Cost Control
- Experience in Margin Analysis & Business Partnering
- FMCG background mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage working capital & cash flow planning
- Drive cost control and margin improvement initiatives
- Act as a finance business partner to support management decisions
- Prepare monthly MIS & performance reports
- Lead and develop the finance team
