Position: Finance and Account Officer
Location: Sanepa, HO
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.
Qualifications | Skills
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budgets to support strategic planning.
- Optimize the management of receivables, payables, and inventory to ensure efficient working capital and healthy cash flow.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and long-term strategy formulation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly demand forecasting
- Person with high energy level and eagerness to learn and lead a team with strong relationship management.
