Internal Audit (Manager Position)

Qualifications/Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in internal audit or accounting along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in audit methodologies and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audits in accordance with established plans, analyzing internal controls and recommending improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and include them into the annual audit agenda.
• Ensure that internal audits are completed on schedule and under budget, while following to all policies and regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and submit the findings and recommendations to superior management.
• Foster transparent communication and collaboration with stakeholders to uphold accountability and transparency.
• Stay up to date on changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices by attending training sessions and adopting audit process improvements as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication and engagement with stakeholders within the organization while cultivating a culture of transparency and accountability.
