Province Sales Head – Bagmati.
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Qualification | Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, having an MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
- Experience and exposure to beverages will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint will be preferable
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the national Sales manager
- Achieve company revenue, channel profitability targets and drive annual growth
- Develop agile router to market (RTM) plans and perfect execution ensuring optimized coverage
- Appointment and managing relationships and profitability of channel and trade partners (distributors)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly demand forecasting
- Person with high energy level and eagerness to learn and lead a team with strong relationships management
