Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources
- Background in Human Resource having a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS System
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and updated HR database
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle payroll processing and related queries
- Prepare and present HR reports
- Develop insights from data analysis to support decision-making
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding
- Manage employee records and documentation
- Support performance appraisal
