Location: Palpa & Dumkibas

Qualifications | Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cement, concrete or related industries

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials, clinker, and finished cement products
2. Analyze mineral and chemical composition to ensure compliance with standards
3. Monitor and maintain quality standards during production process
4. Investigate deviations in quality and propose corrective actions
5. Develop and implement procedures to reduce variability in product quality
6. Conduct experiments to enhance product performance and durability
7. Prepare reports and documentation for audits, quality certifications and regulatory requirements
8. Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
9. Collaborate with production teams, process engineers, and plant managers to maintain consistency
