Qualifications | Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
•  At least 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically handling both primary and secondary sales.
•  Experience in the local market (Pokhara or Narayanghat) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective execution of both primary (distributorlevel) and secondary (retail-level) sales in the assigned territory.
•  Manage and support distributors to ensure proper stock levels, timely order placement, and payment collection.
• Expand retail coverage by regularly visiting market areas, building strong retailer relationships, and ensuring product visibility.
•  Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback and suggestions to improve market performance
•  Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
