Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor/Master Degree in a related field
Background in a similar filed within an FMCG company, with a minimum of 7-8 years of proven experience (manager level) and minimum of 3-4 years (executive level)
Understanding of retail coverage norms in Nepal and proficiency in DMS or SFA applications will be preferable

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve top line target with proper planning as per the potential of the territory
Ensure Healthy growth over L/Y
Plan and ensure the targeted distribution expansion/visibility
Plan and execute effective marketing tools as per strategy of the company to increase the market share
Optimize the cost of operation
Timely reconciliation of distributors account and ensure timely Bank Guarantee renewals
Monitor team efficiency and deliver positive results
