Position Overview:

This position is responsible for managing the company’s financial actions, provide strategic financial leadership, lead all aspects of financial management, planning, and risk management, and is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial integrity and profitability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
• Provide financial insight and leadership to support the executive team in decision-making.
• Guide financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Direct investment activities and optimize the company’s asset management and return on investments
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, ensuring proper internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee audits, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting standards.
• Ensure the company meets all financial obligations and that liabilities are properly managed.
• Prepare timely and detailed financial reports and statements for the board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Present financial insights, opportunities, and risks to the executive team and board.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure capital and funding when needed.
• Lead financing strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion goals.
• Optimize the capital structure and ensure the company is adequately capitalized.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline and ethical standards within the organization.

Academic Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

Skills/Job Specification:

• 8+ years of experience in managing finance and accounts, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
