About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Designation: Chief Technology Officer – Consultant -– Part Time

Reporting to: CEO

Employment Type: Part-Time Consultant

Business: B2B Ecommerce, B2B Supply Chain, Employment Generation, SME Finance Solutions

Experience: The Ideal candidate is more than 45+ Years of Age with significant experience in software development, Product development.

Time Involvement: Part- Time. Further, consultant can pursue another job/consultancy when not working with us.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent

Job Location: Kupondole, Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

• Develop and communicate the company’s overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals and market trends.

Product Development:

• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Technical Strategy:

• Identify technological innovation and differentiation opportunities, recommending and implementing appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: This role does not have fixed monthly salary.
• Commission or Incentive: Fixed Monthly or Annual Commission shall be paid based upon the percentage sales done by the technology.
