Amics del Nepal is a program of Children’s Home. Education level: Bachelors Graduate/ Masters Running
Professional Skill Required: Project Management, Class Facilitation, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Problem Solving, Documentation, MS Office suite.

Other Specification

  • Graduated Bachelors in Management, or Social Science subjects such as Social Work, Development Studies, Psychology, Education;
  • Sound written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Ability to develop external communication and donor reports, monthly reports, curriculum, and daily lesson plans.

Job Description

  • Lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of projects under the Children Program, namely Family Support, Project-Based Learning (PBL), and Experiential Learning (EL).
  •  Act as the supervisor to all project staff and interns under the Children Program ensuring their continuous development and evaluation.
  •  Ensure all proposed project activities under the Children Program are implemented in a timely manner within the stated budget among targeted no of beneficiaries to meet the yearly program objectives and report to children home head office.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organisation of all beneficiaries, and all key materials and resources including curriculum required to develop, implement and evaluate the Family Support, PBL, and Experiential Learning (EL) projects.
  • Prepare project reports (internal, external), donor reports, proposals, and communication materials with the support of program staff or Children Program sustainability.
  •  Establish networks and develop collaboration with educational and learning communities to increase potential beneficiaries’ access to Children Program, and to increase its quality and growth, and visibility to external stakeholders.
  •  Communicate with the Program Director and Activity Centre Coordinator on a monthly basis for effective budget planning, and to submit the program’s Yearly Budget Plan.
  • Support in implementing fund raising strategies for organisational sustainability through development of project and community events in Nepal and Spain.
