Rastriya Krishi Company Nepal Limited (RKCNL) is developing an integrated, consumer-based agricultural ecosystem spanning production, processing, marketing, logistics and direct consumer engagement. Applications are invited from interested and eligible Nepali citizens for the following position of Consumer Development Representative (CDR), to be engaged in accordance with the Consumer Development Representative Recruitment, Performance and Incentive Policy, 2083.

3. Key Responsibilities
- Consumer onboarding and digital consumer registration through the Company’s ERP/mobile application.
- Subscription management and promotion of consumer subscription programmes.
- Direct delivery of fresh Fruits and Vegetables and other RKCNL agricultural products to household consumers.
- Consumer education on product handling, storage and usage; feedback collection and complaint resolution.
- Territory development, route planning, consumer retention and market intelligence reporting.
- Sales promotion of Mushroom Heaven, the Button Mushroom Project and future RKCNL products/services.
- Participation in farmer empowerment, consumer education and community awareness programmes organised by RKCNL.
4. Minimum Eligibility Criteria

| Driving Licence | Valid motorcycle/scooter licence |
| Vehicle Access | Ownership of, or regular access to, a motorcycle or scooter suitable for daily field delivery |

| Local Knowledge | Familiarity with the concerned municipality/delivery territory is desirable. |
| Other | Must not attract any of the disqualifications under Regulation 20 of the ESR, 2082. |
5. Selection Process
- Application screening (eligibility licence and vehicle verification) qualifying stage.
- Structured interview 60% weightage (communication, sales aptitude, local knowledge, attitude).
- Practical / field aptitude assessment 30% weightage (route sense, ERP/mobile app usage, basic numeracy).
- Reference and background check 10% weightage (integrity, prior conduct).
6. Compensation
