Job Description
- Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine social media requirements.
- Develop and plan content strategies that align with company goals and brand voice.
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms according to the weekly content calendar.
- Monitor and maintain post reach, engagement metrics, and other KPIs as per the given targets.
- Design and create visually appealing social media posts and graphics as per the content plan.
- Write, edit, and publish blogs and articles in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Required Skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and Facebook Insights.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
