Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in Hospital/Healthcare Management
- Experience in a similar role will be preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the medical department
- Coordinate between healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient care and hospital management
- Assist in developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures
- Monitor department performance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
