Position: Corporate & Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development & Execution Support:

  • Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in corporate and enterprise segments. Identify market opportunities, target accounts, and sales tactics to maximize growth.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders within target accounts. Act as the senior executive point of contact for high-value clients.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the corporate and enterprise sales team. Focus on new business acquisition, account retention, and upselling opportunities with current clients.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and provide regular updates on sales performance to executive leadership. Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with company goals, ensure proper support for prospects, and contribute to product development feedback.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients. Ensure contracts are structured in a way that aligns with business goals and protects the company’s interests.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine the company’s approach to the corporate and enterprise sales market.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Ensure that the sales team understands and delivers value-driven solutions to clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and continued partnership growth.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B sales
  •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, complex accounts.
  • Experience in sales within industry preferred

Strategic Thinker:

  • Ability to think strategically and align sales efforts with broader company goals. Comfort with adjusting plans based on market conditions.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate at the executive level.

Relationship Management:

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with senior executives and decision-makers.

Analytical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and analytics to make data-driven decisions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
