Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in design or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar field

Job Description

• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and seek approval for the same.
• Demonstrate a knack for innovation and actively contributes to team brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for online and offline advertisements, as well as promotional campaigns.
• Develop compelling visual assets, create and edit digital content, and design print materials.
• Create illustrations in line with brand guidelines.
  Coordinate with various team members such as the digital marketing team, content team, and brand marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver accordingly.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
• Creativity and original thinking in design.
• Attention to detail for accurate and high-quality work.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in digital and print design.
