JOB OPPORTUNITY
Job Title: CRM Implementation Lead
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Assist in CRM project planning, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Coordinate CRM module setup, configuration, and workflow creation.
- Support system testing (UAT), bug resolution, and deployment activities.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation.
- Manage data migration, validation, and quality monitoring.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM projects and system implementation.
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho preferred, or any other CRM system)
- Strong documentation skills (FRD, BRD, flowcharts)
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience in vehicle trading and the service industry is preferred.
