- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and post-sales support
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in customer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives
- Handle follow-ups and appointment scheduling for test drives and services

- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (automobile sector preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer data management
- A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
