Position: Customer Retention Executive

Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management
- Follow up with customers for service renewal and device recovery
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
