Qualification and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center environment.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and assessments.
  • Ensure call quality meets our standards (average evaluation score above 80%).
  • Achieve a target average handling time (AHT) below 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote assigned products and services.
  • Follow established sales scripts to effectively communicate product information.
  • Document sales interactions and update customer records accurately and completely.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential leads on a timely basis.
