The Quality Control and Operations Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for all clothing products, managing inventory, overseeing retail and online store operations, and providing general operational support. Job Description
1. Quality Control (QC) of Clothing Products:
– Inspect all incoming and outgoing clothing items to ensure they meet quality standards.
– Identify defects, inconsistencies, or any issues in the products and report them to the relevant departments.
– Collaborate with the production team to address and rectify quality issues.
2. Inventory Management:
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately tracked and recorded.
– Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain accurate stock records.
– Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking of products.
3. Retail and Online Store Management:
– Assist in managing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that products are well-displayed and organized.
– Oversee the online store, including product listings, order processing, and customer service.
– Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product promotions and updates are reflected both in-store and online.
4. Operational Support:
– Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
– Assist in the coordination of deliveries, shipments, and logistics.
– Support the team in various day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualification
- Bachelors- Running in Management or Fashion Design.
- Experience in quality control, inventory management, or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
