Position Summary: Responsible for turning raw data into valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.Also, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, extract meaningful patterns from complex datasets, and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and reports.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to gather, store, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop customized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  •  Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting insights and trends to management for informed decision-making.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in MIS and data management.
  • Train and support staff members on how to effectively use MIS tools and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide technical support for MIS-related issues and collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements.
