Job Description
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and market share target from dealer sales of designated area by proper following of sales process.
- Daily monitoring of sales process, pipeline, sales kit and market coverage of dealer’s sales officers.
- Monitor and prepare of visit plan for uncovered areas for dealer’s sales officers.
- Conduct and attend monthly meetings with dealers by visiting respective area.
- Provide necessary support on special deal/critical deal of dealer sales.
- Discussion with dealer sales team for KAP planning and need analysis and allocation of planned activities accordingly and support for execution of designed KAP.
- Analysis of effectiveness of executed KAP (output and feedback) of dealers.
- Analyze competition sales with dealer sales team and make strategies accordingly.
- Report competition information to concerned after discussion with dealer sales team.
- Weekly update and review of receivable status in coordination with dealer sales officer.
- Responsible to sort out critical receivables of dealers.
- Timely completion of registration, ownership transfer and payment realization of vehicles.
- System and process implementation in dealership like ERP implementation and financial assessment of dealership.
- Ensure timely LC processing and providing to STPL for invoicing.
- Maintain cordial relationship with dealer and regular visits to dealers as per schedule for feedback.
Job Specifications
- Graduates or equivalent degree with 1-year of Relevant experience.
- Knowledge and expertise in sales function and routine problem solving.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
- A Valid Two- Wheeler License
