Plant Head
Required No.: 1
Qualification: M. Pharm./M.Sc. Candidate/MBA – Operations with Master Degree will be preferred with more than 18 years of work experience in relevant industries
Requirements: Must have experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated expertise in production, quality assurance, R&D, plant maintenance, EHS, and project management. Strong understanding of GMP regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Engineering Head
Required No.: 2
Qualification: Masters in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
Requirements: Knowledge of AutoCAD, latest construction techniques, HVAC system, water system, application on new construction materials and coordination with consultants and contractor is a must
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Required No.: 1
Qualification: M. Pharm. in any specialization with more than 18 years of work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Requirements: Must have experience in international market. Knowledge about international regulatory bodies, Dossiers and manage other day to day regulatory functions for Global regulatory fillings.
Along with above, you must have audit exposure with:
- US FDA
- WHO-Geneva
- EU GMP
- ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
- CQA Audits
