Digital Banking Unit – Customer Experience Unit – Assistant Manager

Candidate should have minimum 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years of experience for Assistant Manager position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong understanding of digital banking products, services and technology with sound knowledge in Mobile banking, Internet Banking, KIOSK, API and various application related to customer experience. Candidate should have a robust background in digital banking, UX/UI design, and customer journey mapping. Candidate should be able to design, develop and execute comprehensive customer experience initiatives across all digital banking platforms. This key role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty through innovative digital solutions. Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage.

  • Candidates applying for information Technology Department/Digital Banking Unit must have minimum of Bachelor Degree in
  • Information Technology/Bachelor of Engineering in Computer/Bachelor in Computer Application or similar degree from a recognized university
  • Candidates applying for Assistant Manager and Senior Officer must have 2 years of experience in one position below the position applying for, while for other positions candidates must have 1 year of experience in one position below the position below the position applying for
  • Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
  • Preference shall be given to the Candidates having experience in Banking in IT Department for IT related positions
