Digital Banking Unit – Customer Experience Unit – Junior Officer
Candidates should have minimum experience of 3 years for Supervisor and 5 years for Junior Officer position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong background in project management, understanding of software applications and experience with third-party integrations with knowledge of Mobile Banking/Internet Banking, KIOSK, API and various other application related to customer experience. Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage

- Candidates applying for information Technology Department/Digital Banking Unit must have minimum of Bachelor Degree in
- Information Technology/Bachelor of Engineering in Computer/Bachelor in Computer Application or similar degree from a recognized university
- Candidates applying for Assistant Manager and Senior Officer must have 2 years of experience in one position below the position applying for, while for other positions candidates must have 1 year of experience in one position below the position below the position applying for
- Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
- Preference shall be given to the Candidates having experience in Banking in IT Department for IT related positions
