Workforce Compliance & Accountability

  • Ensure allocated support hours match participant funding and service agreements.

  • Monitor and record support worker attendance and performance.

  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Reporting & Record Management

  • Maintain up-to-date data entry for staff records and shift documentation.

  • Generate reports on workforce utilisation, cancellations, and shift coverage.

  • Escalate any significant concerns to the management team promptly.

Strong knowledge of NDIS Price Guide and rostering compliance. High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in rostering systems (e.g., ShiftCare, CareMaster, or similar). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work after-hours (Australian time zone) and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
