Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Bhaktapur

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site electrical systems (Generators, Distribution Systems, UPS, Switch Gear etc and provide troubleshooting support to minimize downtime.
Minimize the amount of downtime suffered by the site following machine breakdowns.
Comply with all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Perform feasibility studies for new technologies and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining adequate spares.
Manage planned and unplanned maintenance systems, implementing new procedures as needed.
Monitor and control safe working practices, lead electrical improvement projects, and drive quality investigations.
Manage department performance against KPIs and control operational budgets.

Requirement and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or similar facility.
Proficient in electrical systems typical of pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintenance practices
Skilled in implementing strategies to resolve complex issues and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to produce technical reports.
Strong orientation towards quality and safety, with a focus on continuous improvement.
