Purnaa Enterprises is a 100% percent FDI garment manufacturing company in Nepal. The company requires a highly skilled and qualified Embroidery and Digitization Specialist. A person bearing the following qualification shall only be eligible to apply for the post.
Position: Embroidery and Digitization Specialist
Location: Purnaa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
Reports to: Sewing Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize designs using Melco Design Shop V11 or equivalent within 48 hours.
- Create high quality, attractive samples.
- Ensure embroidered products meet quality and deadlines.
- Optimize equipment use and suggest improvements.
- Serve as backup for the Printing Technician.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English.
- Self-learner with software skills.
- Experience in embroidery software or High Experience with graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Logo digitizing experience; Melco machine experience is a plus.
Benefits:
- Salary: Nrs 25,000 – 35,000
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (on-site), occasional flexibility.
- Lunch served daily, tea breaks, values training, transportation, and other allowances.
