Enterprise Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across various industries.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Khalti’s products and
    services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
  •  Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  •  Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless
    client experience.
  •  Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the payments industry or a
    related field.
  •  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  •  Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of the Nepalese market and business landscape.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  •  Knowledge of digital payments and financial services a plus.
