Enterprise Sales Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across various industries.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Khalti’s products and
services. - Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless
client experience. - Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the payments industry or a
related field. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of the Nepalese market and business landscape.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital payments and financial services a plus.
