Position: Enterprise Solution Engineer

Job Description

1. Pre-Sales & Consultation:

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and requirement gathering.
• Prepare and present tailored solutions (networking, security, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, CCTV, data center, cloud services).
• Collaborate with sales team to prepare proposals and RFP responses/Product sales & Target

2. Solution Design & Documentation

• Create solution architecture diagrams and BOM/BOQ.
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with SLAs.
• Work with OEMs/vendors for compatibility and pricing.

3. Deployment Support.

• Support project delivery team during installation and configuration.
• Conduct POC or pilot implementations for new technologies.
• Maintain detailed documentation for customer handovers.

4. Post-Sales Engagement

• Provide Level 2/3 technical assistance during service transition.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Support in upgrades and expansion projects.

5. Continuous Improvement.

• Stay updated with latest technology trends in ISP, networking, and security.
• Recommend improvements to solution portfolio based on market needs.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• 3+ years in enterprise networking, security, or solution design (ISP or ICT industry).
• Strong knowledge of: Networking (Routing, Switching, VLAN, L2/L3 protocols), Wireless solutions (APs, controllers), Security solutions (Firewalls, VPN, Endpoint Security) and IP telephony & CCTV
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, BOQ/BOM, and network diagrams.
• Vendor certifications (Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
