Enterprise Technical Support

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing field support to enterprise customers.
  • Detect and respond to alarms, open tickets, and assist with troubleshooting as required.
  • Take appropriate action including site visits to resolve the issue within the given time frame.
  • Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  •  Should be able to do structured cabling and install network equipment and IPTV.
  •  Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting activities as required.

Job Specification:

  • Plus 2 or Diploma in IT preferred.
  • Freshers can apply, ISP experience is an added advantage
  • Technical understanding of internet and network technologies
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a tight schedule and shifts.
  •  Two-wheeler with driving license is compulsory.
