Marketing Coordinator

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting,. Or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, billing, or finance-r elated roles
• Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing, and payment processes
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and issue invoices related to marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns
• Track payments receivable from clients, partners, and third parties
• Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely payment collection and reconciliation
• Handle billing and payment collection and reconciliation
• Handle billing and payment follow-ups with clients, agencies, influencers, and vendors
