Executive – Production Shift Incharge
Location: CG Foods, Nawalpur
Qualifications / Skills:
- Required academic Qualification: Minimum B.Tech, Food Technology
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to mobilize manpower, analytical & problem-solving skills, Keen attention to detail, Creative & Innovative Thinker
Responsibilities:
- Production planning and Inventory Management
- Assurance of Benchmark Recovery (%) achievement & Control in losses
- To Produce defect free products and to maintain plant and documentation as per ISO requirements.
- Assisting in implementation of Global Manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance
- Effective mobilization of subordinates
- Tracking progress on product issue resolutions
- Daily/weekly/Monthly/ Report preparation
