Introduction:
Fatima Foundation Nepal (FFN), a national-level organization established in 2004, is committed to empowering Muslim women and marginalized communities. Currently, FFN is seeking a consultant to design and deliver capacity-building trainings within the framework on enhancing abilities of schools and madrasas & Use of the Internet for Youth Engagement in School Education. The purposed consultancy service aims to support the implementation of “Bridging the Gap: Strengthening Education in Madhesi and Muslim Communities” project funded by the USAID Civil Society and Media (CSM) and The Asia Foundation as lead implementor in Banke district.

Project Goal:
Strengthen the capacity of SMCs, PTAs, and Madrasa leaders to improve educational outcomes in schools serving Muslim and marginalized communities,
Project Activities:
Training & Development:
Design and deliver workshops on SMC/PTA roles, resource management, and data-driven SIP development, tailoring them to specific school/Madrasa needs.
Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine School Improvement Plans and provide ongoing technical support for SIP implementation.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gain and program impact.
Prepare a training event report using FFN’s template.
Support community Schools and Madaras in formulate SIP.
Additional Qualifications:
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Madhesi & Muslim communities & follow the child protection, safeguarding, conflict of interest and other important policies
- Familiarity with Nepalese education system a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Nepali and English languages required.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering capacity-building trainings in education
- Strong understanding of Nepalese education policy and procedures
- Experience working with Muslim communities and/or Madrasas is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Nepali and English languages

Fatima Foundation Nepal (FFN) seeks a passionate consultant to design and deliver a training program: “Use of the Internet for Youth Engagement in School Education and Training.”
Are you a youth advocate with digital literacy and online learning expertise? Committed to social inclusion and empowering marginalized communities, especially Madhesi and Muslim youth?
This project equips eight young people with the skills to creatae engaging online educational content for their communities.
The Consultant will:
- Design a two-part training program on digital literacy and creating impactful online educational content.
- Conduct a pre-training needs assessment.
- Secure a central training venue with equipment.
- Deliver interactive, culturally sensitive training sessions.
- Develop training materials in English and the local language.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for participants
- Conduct pre and post-training assessments to measure program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering digital literacy and Internet advocacy training programs for youth.
- Strong understanding of social media for positive social change in education.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Banke district).
- Experience working with Madhesi and Muslim communities a plus.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to create engaging training sessions.
- Proven monitoring and evaluation experience.
- Commitment to gender equality and social inclusion principles
