Job Overview:

Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Field Coaches for our IQOS (I Quit Ordinary Smoking) product line. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive change and contribute to a smoke-free future by promoting heated tobacco products as a better alternative to traditional smoking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers at assigned venues and educate them about the IQOS product line.
• Generate sales by effectively communicating the benefits of heated tobacco products over conventional cigarettes.
• Guide consumers through their transition to better alternative by providing information and addressing concerns.
• Demonstrate product functionality and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence to build brand trust and awareness.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and insights to help refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master Completed or Running candidates are eligible to apply.( BHM Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
• Self-motivated with a passion for consumer engagement and sales.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Prior experience as Promoter will be an added advantage.
