Summary of the Post: The Senior Project Coordinator- SLaM is responsible for the implementation of SLaM activities of the Sahayatra III project. The position holder will contribute to implement SLaM interventions, and be responsible for coordination and capacity development of staffs on SLaM. Moreover, the position holder will be responsible for collecting quantitative and qualitative data, thoroughly documenting project implementation, experiences and lessons learnt and effects/ results, and effectively communicate findings to all stakeholders. Summary of the Post: This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of SRHR activities under the SAHAYATRA-III project at the district and municipal levels. The role involves close coordination and collaboration with key government
counterparts such as the Health Service Office (HSO), Health Unit of R/Municipalities and Health Facilities (HFs), as well as I/NGOs and other relevant external stakeholders and project team to ensure the effective implementation of SRHR activities, leveraging resources within the SRHR sector. The incumbent will contribute to strengthening the government health system in relation to SRHR programs. Additionally, the position holder will closely work with the field level project team and provide onsite support and coaching to them and ensure timely and quality program delivery.
Qualifications:

Summary of the Post: The Pedagogical Resource Person (PRP) is entrusted with the responsibility of providing Teachers Professional Development (TPD) of early grade teachers, including those in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD). This role involves offering on-the-spot coaching and mentoring to teachers, conducting observations in classrooms, facilitating mobile meetings, organizing workshops on effective teaching and learning techniques, and managing the coordination of coaching and mentoring activities in collaboration with the municipality. Additionally, the PRP will contribute to innovation in schools, oversee performance-based awards for teachers and schools, and execute other duties as required within the framework of the Sahayatra III project. Summary of the Post: The Construction Officer is responsible for overall management of construction and renovation work of Sahayatra III in close coordination and collaboration with Program Manager. S/He will provide backstop support to Education Section of the Rural Municipalities, in preparation, implementation and monitoring of activities planned by them in Construction and renovation work. S/He will work in collaboration with Coordination Unit (DECU), Municipal Education departments/offices, different relevant stakeholders, and timely implementation of planned activities.
In addition, s/he ensures the regular monitoring of key process indicators, alignment with refinement of the packages, related training content, and support to behaviour change communications, coordinate with relevant stakeholders for sharing of lessons learnt for consistent uptake by other stakeholders. Furthermore, s/he works in close coordination with other thematic areas of Project.
The role holder is also responsible for ensuring quality delivery of the project at implementing sites by maximizing the impact as per the organization plan and project strategies. S/he will make effective planning, quality implementation, monitoring, reporting, financial and stakeholder management in close consultation and guidance from the Program Manager S/he will also work to strengthen networking and collaboration with child rights/ civil society organizations to promote child rights. Summary of the Post: Psychosocial Counsellor is responsible to assess the vulnerability and Psychosocial status of most deprived children and provide Psychosocial Counselling those children and care takers who needs counselling service. The position holder will support to case Para Social Worker/Case Workers to assess the situation and problem of children under the case management process. S/he further support to refer the cases who needs higher level of service to relevant service providers and institutions. S/he will be also facilitating the orientation and training session for project staffs, local government representatives, government officials, child clubs, parents as per need of the project. The position holder will be responsible to look after the Psychosocial Service in other SAHAYATRA-III working palika as per need.
The Psychosocial Counsellor is responsible for overall management of psychosocial counselling services to most deprived children and their parents under SAHAYATRA-III and responsible to develop case stories, periodic reports and sharing it to line manager. Similarly, s/he will be responsible for close coordination with project team, child protection mechanisms, health professionals, women and children service centre at palika for the integration of vulnerable children through psychosocial counselling service.
Qualifications:
- Six Months Psychosocial Counselling training or/ Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling from recognized institutions with two-year experience as counsellor/trainers/MHPSS Officers

The Field Officer-SRHR will collaborate closely with the municipality health unit, both public and private Health Facilities, as well as coordinators/officers from other themes, mentors/facilitators to create an enabling environment and ensure that project activities are accomplished as per the set quality standards. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with mentors/facilitators, and local health workers, providing onsite technical support and coaching as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing OR Bachelor’s degree any discipline with Staff Nurse/AMN with 3 years of demonstrated work experience in health-related projects.
- Previous experience in program related to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is Preferred.
