Finance Assistant Officer for Central Office

Required Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Studies, or Accounting.
- One year of working experience in related field.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Experience in the use of MS Office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Finance and Admin Officer in keeping track of the day-to-day finances.
- Review all the supporting documents of the vouchers to ensure they are justifiable and in line with the approved budget.
- Complete bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Maintain financial records and files.
- Collect information and documentation related to finance, administration, and logistics.
- Assist auditors in carrying out internal and external audits.
- Support in other admin-related office work assigned by Finance Officer, Management Head, and Executive Director.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as per the requirements.
