We seek a driven and experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in driving our financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for all aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and treasury management.

In this role, you will:

Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal financial performance.
Monitor and analyze financial KPIs such as revenue growth, profitability margins, cash flow, and customer acquisition cost to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial regulations and standards compliance.
Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and fintech, incorporating insights into strategic decision-making
Liaison with NRB, Income tax department, and Internal & External Auditor.

Job Specifications:

• MBA in finance, CA preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) in a senior finance role, preferably within the fintech industry or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements relevant to the fintech sector.
•  Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
•  Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and accounting software.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
