• CA/ ACCA passed.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Drive long-term financial planning aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate financial reporting standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, department heads, and senior management.
• Enhance financial systems, processes, and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and manage junior finance team members to foster professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while supporting strategic initiatives.
• Develop and track key financial metrics to measure organizational performance.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, and other government policies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, MS Office, and advanced user of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Nepal’s Financial Reporting Standards.
