Qualifications | Skills:

  • Relevant professional certification (ACCA /CA) 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to details
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members
  • Self-motivated, proactive with a passion for delivering high quality accounting work & adding value to clients

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day financial operation and management including preparation of financial statement, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
  • Lead finance staff and provide guidance and support
  • Ensure all tax returns are prepared and filed
  • Develop internal accounting policies and memos as needs and continuously assess and refine accounting procedures to optimize effectiveness and accuracy
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
