We invite applications from interested candidates with priority from females, minority and youth groups for the following positions:

1. Finance Manager – Input & Control

(Fixed-term for 2 years based in Country Office; Open to all applicants)

Responsibility: Ensure effective financial management, maintaining robust financial controls, and strengthening team collaboration; Oversee the correct payment processes in compliance with policies and procedures, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and facilitate internal and external audits; Provide guidance and coaching to the finance team for their professional development.


2. Project Coordinator – MHH & WASH

(Fixed-term until 31 December 2026 based in Kalikot; Open to Female applicants only)

Responsibility: Oversee and ensure a high-quality project delivery/implementation; project aims to achieve Menstrual Health and Hygiene 9MHH) and WASH Coordination Community friendly schools through strengthening of the SMC, PTA; Collaborate with local government for effective and efficient delivery of inclusive gender friendly, resilient and sustainable MHH and WASH initiatives: Strengthen capacity of implementing partner organizations or strengthening gender transformative and inclusive climate resilient WASH facilities and system for all children especially for girls, children with disabilities.


3. People & Culture (P&C) Assistant

(Short-term for 6 months based in Country Office; Open to all applicants)

Responsibility: Support in the administrative function of the department: Work closely with relevant stakeholders in recruitment process (Changes in schedules, follow ups, etc.) Generate reports and information from HRIS as needed; Assist in personal life management (physical and digitization); Assist in organising and preparing letters (experience letters, CIT, PF, separation, etc). Support in conducting organisation wide activities/events.
