Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Suddhodhan-04, Mainahiya, Rupandehi
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute maintenance schedules for all factory machinery.
· Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
· Perform repairs and replace defective components as needed.
· Document all maintenance activities and report equipment status to management.
· Design and implement automated systems to enhance production efficiency.
· Train production staff on the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
· Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· At least 4 years of experience in factory maintenance and/or industrial automation.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
· Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
