Job Description
- Own and Drive Entire FM operations with close coordination with Sort, Last Mile and Different 3rd Party Logistics Company
- Work on Different Local and Regional Key Projects related to First Mile operations
- Maintaining and Improving First Mile KPI such as Lead Time, Productivity and work out on reducing Loss and Damages
- Manage and Oversees the different Daraz Drop-off Stations, First Mile Fleet and provide resolution and concerns raised by Drop-off In charge.
- Provide Key insight to Upper Management for Decision-Making
- Conduct different Skill Matrix training For First Mile Team and First Hero’s with Close coordination with Learning and Development Team
- Provide routine training to the team regarding the SLA and FM(First Mile) operational Process
- Interfucntional coordination with Commercial and Customer Support Team needed to address the different day to day issues regarding sellers and Buyers complains.
- Monitoring the First Mile operations performance such as Pick up performance, Seller Return Performance and Customers returns Pickups Performance to ensure better seller and Customer Experience
- Overseeing 5s and 6s implementation of the facility and ensure SOPs are implemented without fail
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and creating charts/graphs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations; ability to handle shifting and multiple priorities
- Can solve problems using our own critical thinking skills, with emphasis on innovation
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage schedule and workload to meet and set deadlines
